In commemoration of International Holocaust Remembrance Day, the Calgary Jewish Federation/Yad Vashem is presenting:
Besa: A Code of Honor — Muslim Albanians who Rescued Jews During the Holocaust.
Hiding all 200 Albanian Jewish Families from the Nazi death machine in WWII, these brave and honorable Albanian partriots featured in the exhibit are among 63 who have been recognized by the state of Israel as "Righteous Among the Nations".

Vic Toews, Canadian Minister of Public Safety can Block Omar Khadr's return to Canada by refusing to sign the 'Prisoner Transfer Agreement'.
Allowing this terrorist thug to return to Canada would be a DISGRACE to this government.
If ever there was anyone we needed protection from it's this IED building, Army Medic murdering, Canada hating prick who currently resides in a luxury gated community known as Guantanamo Bay.
Omar got 40 years for Murder - He should serve every minute.

9-11 Day of Service a Sad Joke
Canadians are going to commemorate a Terrorist Attack on our Way Of Life by picking up garbage in a local park, and talking about bullying with our grandchildren? The '9-11 day of service legislation' is a sad joke, disguised as a way to 'increase awareness of what emergency services do every day'. To have this legislation introduced by Julian Fantino, the 'Coward of Caledonia', was a double slap in the face.
9-11 is a day of mourning and remembrance. Sure, by landing plane in Gander and taking stranded travellers into our homes we performed 'service'. We did what we had to do when the attacks occurred, and we'd all it all over again. But that shouldn't be the focus here. What a bunch of misguided cowards we have for leaders.

The U.S. Jobless numbers came out today...
The recession officially started today.
Both here in Canada, where we officially had negative growth in the 2nd quarter . . ....
and in the USA, where growth (is) at rates insufficient to achieve sustained reductions in unemployment.
Shhhh . .... everyone is sleeping. Quietly go out and buy canned food and ammunition - the currencies of the future!
