Next time, one torpedo . . ....
They boarded, and only after offering multiple alternatives for the flotilla. The so-called 'aid workers' went looking for a fight with the IDF, and they found one.
The IDF kept their big dogs in check, and the flotilla officials interviewed and attempting to rally support for their 'ship's of fools' were rediculous. The flotilla was intended to 'make a statement', and it certainly did.
Every Israeli official interviewed gave a calm, rational account of the chain of events leading up the the deaths of those so-called 'aid workers'. Next time, just send any ship that doesn't comply to the bottom. The Israeli's make a statement like nobody else - and it's always heard loud and clear.
Prime Minister Harper made a statement himself today about friends and allies, and all those who would attempt to bring their 'Jew hatin' ways' to Canada had better think twice. Well done, Mr. Harper.
Ali Mallah, rabid Jew-baiter and self labelled 'tough guy' better watch his mouth. The tide is about to turn, we'll have great video for you the next time Ali Mallah meets a group of Israel supporters.

John Stossel on free speech with Ezra Levant
John Stossel (Fox Business News - May 21/2010) interviews Ezra Levant.
The very best summation of the erosion of free speech here in Canada over the past several years.
John then takes a glimpse inside the Muslim mindset with Ayan Hirsi Ali, who's lived under constant threat of death from Islamists since leaving the 'Religion of Peace'.

I draw mohammed
"For me it's not enough to sketch Mo', but that I create and then present in an appropriate context. These three drawings represent first an effort of mine, then one that I asked a friend to draw, and also the popular drawing from Kurt Westergaard.
I wanted to have a trinity of efforts for EDM day; from myself, friends and fame.
The context is one that is suitably violent, the heavy board targets on the throwing range behind my home. The blades are my favorite U.S. Army Ranger t-knives, while the hatchet is my oldest and heaviest."

Thailand: Canadian Embassy Closed, Calgary Journalist Shot
but even Al Jazeera identifies the separatist BRN-C, a group of 5,000 armed fighters and bomb-makers, along with some 50,000 supporters, as Muslim Separatists. The BRN-C is believed to recruit mainly from madrassas (religious schools) in the mostly muslim areas in southern Thailand. These Muslim separatists have beheaded, burned alive and car-bombed amost 4,000 people since 2004, 90% of them civilians.
Originally from Red Deer, then Calgary, veteran cameraman and reporter Nelson Rand was shot in fierce fighting in Bangkok on Friday. He is listed in 'grave condition' in a Thai hospital.

Public support for Genocide
UPDATED: May 16.2010 UC-San Diego student Jumanah Imad Albahri has confirmed how she feels about a second holocaust. "Death to Israel". Albahri’s statement was originally being treated as a singular utterance, a lapse that has nothing to do with the Muslim Students Association of which she is a part, and certainly not with Islam as a whole.
Unfortunately, Albahri’s support for genocide of the Jews doesn’t reveal that she is a closet Nazi, but that she is an entirely mainstream Muslim.
David Horowitz encourages a keffiyeh wearing member of the Muslim Student Association to affirm her conviction that he and 'all the jooooos' should be killed. From a talk at UCSD May 10, 2010. Frightening how calmly she publicly states her belief in genocide. She's not alone, there are thousands of muslims who advocate a second holocaust, and this time, they don't want to stop when they've slain the Zionists. They'll come for all you cowboys and cowgirls next.
Nice job, David, usually these folks are little more coy. She'll no doubt have some splainin' to do back at the mosque.

A. A. P. says 'Yes' to Female Genital Mutilation
UPPERDATE: May 15.2010 Holger Awakens has a great article and logo AGAINST FGM and against the weakness the AAP has shown in the face of those who abuse children.
UPDATED: May 12.2010 Diana West calls FGM 'More Dangerous than a Bomb in Times Square."
In their revised policy statements The American Academy of Pediatrics reaffirms they're against Tobacco Use; as (1) there is no safe way to use tobacco; (2) there is no safe level or duration of exposure to SHS; and (3) the financial and political power of individuals, organizations, and government should be used to support tobacco control.
But Ritual Female Genital Mutilation? The AAP says These parents need 'counselling' with 'cultural sensitivity' . . . ...
How about JAIL TIME? There's a question we can ask the AAP, "Why aren't doctors required to call the cops?" If the parents transport the children back to whatever shithole country they came from to have their little girls mutilated, especially after being interviewed and warned by police, these parents should have their children taken away and face either deportation or lengthy jail time.
Reporting of gunshot wounds is mandatory, why not FGM?
Atlas has all the details and pictures (you need to see these) here.
