Hasibullah Sadiqi - 23 year old Afghani-Canadian states 'he was provoked' when he shot his sister and her fiance to death with a 44 magnum that wasn't his, he was just "holding it for a friend". Hasi-bo-bo has refused direction from the judge to disclose who he got the gun from. Closing arguments on the case, stemming from the Sept 19, 2006 honor killing, begin tomorrow.

Youssouf Fofana - 28 year old ringlead of 'gang of barbarians' who kidnapped and tortured Ilan Halimi, a young French Jew who was finally stabbed and set on fire after being held for 24 days. Fo-fo-fana and his 26 accomplices are on trial in France, a trial that has been closed to the public since April 29, 2009. The French magazine 'Choc' ('Shock') has been ordered off the newstands for publishing the picture of Ilan with his face wrapped in duct tape, a gun to his head.
