It's time for The League of Democracies.

It's been over a year since I've heard anyone mention the 'League of Democracies' first suggested by John McCain in the U.S. Presidential election.

City Journal, in their Spring 2009 issue - http://www.city-journal.org/2009/19_2_UN-human-rights-council.html - illustrate clearly how badly we need to enable a legitimate 'League of Democracies', in order to counterbalance the singular vision of the so-called 'U.N. Human Rights Council'.

The HRC, which was hijacked by the Islamic member states of the U.N. in March 2008, opposed by both the U.S. and Israel, has turned a blind eye to legitimate atrocities world wide, while pursuing a fatwa against blasphamy of Islam.

If western culture hesitates to defend itself from this attempt to weaken all secular democracies, it may soon be too late. Pulling our support from the U.N. and using that funding to create a League of Democracies' could be our best shot at defending our way of life.
